JoAnne Maluchnik - President JoAnne began her career as a mortgage processor in banking in 1980. She quickly moved up in the industry to a processing supervisor and then an underwriter. By the mid 80’s she became an operations manager for an established mortgage banking firm. In 1989 JoAnne and Doug began the first independent mortgage processing center in New Jersey. Alternative Processing Services (APS) processed the overflow of mortgage applications for large and small mortgage lenders in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 1990 JoAnne and Doug started JDJ Financial Group.

Doug Maluchnik - VP Doug began working as a realtor in 1970. He received his Real Estate Brokers license in 1980. In the early 80's he trained as a real estate appraiser, taught New Jersey Real Estate Licensing requirements in the evenings and was a working partner in a few real estate subdivisions in Northern New Jersey. In 1983 he began a career as a mortgage loan officer with City Federal Savings Bank. In 1989 he and JoAnne began the first independent mortgage processing center in New Jersey. Alternative Processing Services (APS) processed the overflow of mortgage applications for large and small mortgage lenders in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 1990 Doug and JoAnne started JDJ Financial Group.
